Series two of Mackenzie Crook's comedy out now

The second series of acclaimed BBC Four comedy Detectorists has been released on DVD this week… and we have five signed copies to give away.

Featuring all six episodes from the series of the Bafta-winning comedy, our prizes are all signed by its writer and co-star Mackenzie Crook.

He plays Andy who, with his best friend Lance (Toby Jones) spend their time scouring the English countryside with their metal detectors, hoping for the one rare find that could change their lives forever.

Praised for its low-key warmth, series one boasted the biggest ratings BBC Four has ever had for a comedy.

The new series follows the pair one year on and Lance is still lovelorn after the departure of his ex=wife, but may be about to surprise everybody with a new and unexpected relationship. Meanwhile, Andy and his wife Becky are now parents, but their shared hopes for the future look further off than ever.

The DVD also includes a behind-the-scenes feature: A Day Out With Detectorists; while a box set of series one and two has also been released this week.
