Kojo Anim
started performing comedy in 2000, after signing up to a comedy school run by fellow comic Rudi Lickwood.
In 2005, he was signed up by CBBC to co-present the children’s show The Mighty Truck Of Stuff. and in 2008, he was selected to take part in the semi-finals of NBC reality show Last Comic Standing.
Kojo was named best newcomer at the Black Entertainment Comedy Awards in 2001 – and was named best male comedian at the same event in 2005.
He has opened for act such as Kevin Hart and Chris Rock, and runs a London club, Kojo’s Comedy Fun House, where Dave Chappelle has roadtested material.
The club also had its own spin-off MTV, while Kojo also appeared in Noel Clarke's 2012 film The Knot and hosted the daily breakfast show on Capital Xtra from 2010 to 2014
