New tours for Fin Taylor and Jeff Innocent

First solo dates for circuit veteran Innocent

Fin Taylor and Jeff Innocent have announced tours for 2024.

It will be the first tour for 68-year-old Innocent after three decades on the comedy circuit.

Innocent - who won the £10,001 British Comedian of the Year prize in 2021 - will be playing 20 dates starting in Guildford on January 26. The Smart Casual tour ends in Stratford, in his native East London, on April 6.

Meanwhile, Taylor’s tour – entitled Ask Your Mother – will kick off at the Y Theatre during the Leicester Comedy Festival on February 9.

Promoters describe the tour as ‘a new hour of brutally funny stand-up’ from the comic, who has had viral success with his web series Fin Vs The Internet as well as TV appearances on the likes of   Have I Got News For You and The Mash Report.

Tickets for Taylor’s tour are on sale now, with Innocent’s on sale from 10am tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Geoff Norcott ahs added new dates in Tring, Stroud, Grimsby, Derby, Leeds and a final hometown date in Wimbledon to his 80-date 2024 tour Basic Bloke.

•  Jack Dee, Rob Beckett and Harry Hill are among the comics taking part in a night of comedy in aid of British Red Cross’s Morocco earthquake and Libya flood appeals at London’s Hackney Empire on November 2.  Hosted by Fatiha El-Ghorri, the lineup also includes Joanne McNally, Kerry Godliman and Axel Blake. Tickets go on sale at 11am tomorrow.
