Big Mouth creator's first Netflix special

Nick Kroll asks why everyone is mean to their mothers in this trailer for his forthcoming comedy special Little Big Boy.

It is the first stand-up show the comedian – who co-created the animated series Big Mouth – has made for the streaming giant.

In the short clip, he explains how adult children have  complicated relationships with their parents, by acting out a couple of fictional phone calls.

The special lands on Netflix on September 27.
