New BBC comedy from the Horrible Histories team

The BBC has released the first trailer for Ghosts – its new comedy series from the makers of Horrible Histories.

Mathew Baynton, Simon Farnaby, Martha Howe-Douglas, Jim Howick, Laurence Rickard and Ben Willbond are joined by Katy Wix and Lolly Adefope to play the spirits that inhabit the crumbling country pile of Button Hall.

And when a young urban couple played by Charlotte Ritchie and Kiell Smith-Bynoe inherit the derelict house and make plans to turn it into a bustling family hotel, the otherworldly inhabitants are not happy.

No launch date has yet been confirmed for the six-part series.
