Edinburgh best newcomer nominee at Chortle's Fast Fringe

Comic Maisie Adam says she's so tall then when she sits on a date's knee, it looks like 'Im restraining him until security comes'.

She said she wishes she was shorter, revealed she was epileptic and spoke of her recent move to Brighton when she appeared Chortle's Fast Fringe in London last month.

The Yorkshire stand-up was yesterday nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award best newcomer show Vague, which is on at the Gilded Balloon.
