2023 Brighton Fringe Award winner In the Sh*t is a dark and feminist split-hour comedy special that fuses traditional stand-up with music and poetry. Performed by 2022 Barcelona Comedian of the Year, Mariah Girouard and Jamie Lerner, this special follows them on their sh*tty journeys into adulthood. With a dark sense of humor they revisit weird childhood memories, discuss their dating lives (or lack thereof) and analyse their identities as public enemies of the state. There will be ukulele songs about death and being Jewish, poetry about cannibalism, and a story or two about literal poo.
