2012 brought the wettest summer in a century. 2013 brings a brand new character comedy show from Kieran Hodgson. Kieran returns to the Fringe with an array of comic creations, as the small Lincolnshire town of Gainsborough and its inhabitants struggle to survive the rising waters.
