Billy was going to perform at this years festival as a comedy character called Nob Stewart. However, he went to Amsterdam to take Ayahuasca with and due to the physical and spiritual cleansing it provided he no longer feels the need to dress like clown in order to get your attention, far less make you laugh. Therefore he will perform as himself offering his observations about life and the world we live in.
