Greg Burns – Original Review
Note: This review is from 2003
Review by Steve Bennett
An assured, affable performer with some top-notch routines, cheeky Burns is a solid addition to any comedy bill.
He may lack that X-factor that separates the great comics from the good, but he's a slick, sharp operator with plenty of well-crafted observational material guaranteed to please.
He doesn't rotate his gags all that much - and some weaker segments that let down the rest of the set really ought to be ditched - but the strongest elements are clever, witty and finely constructed. Enjoyable stuff.
