Mark Felgate – Original Review

Review by Steve Bennett

Very talented Felgate is a ventriloquist with a difference - he doesn't use a dummy.

He is a strong performer with a set that showcases his huge vocal range as well as his ventiloquist skills in the context of a straightforward stand-up routine.

This, and his likeable manner, all work in his favour, even if he has yet to find the key that will unlock these talents' full potential. For the routines away from the vocal trickery suggest he hasn't yet - if you'll excuse the clunkingly obvious pun - found his true comic voice.
