Mel Giedroyc to host Pictionary TV show

Coming to ITV next year

Mel Giedroyc is to host a new ITV version of Pictionary.

The broadcaster has ordered 25 half-hour episodes of the show, starting with a Christmas special.

She said: ‘Everyone is familiar with Pictionary, and I am so excited to help bring the game to life on television. It is such a pleasure to be a part of and I know people will love the show.’

The format has been a hit in the States, where it is in its third season, hosted by Jerry O’Connell,

The show is being made by Whisper North in conjunction with Mattel.
