You Magnificent Beast: Greg Davies to tour again
GREG DAVIES is to go on tour again – but not until autumn 2017. Tickets for the new show, You Magnificent Beast, went on 'presale' at 10am today. It is his first new stand-up tour in four years, and the full schedule with box office links is here.

THE Boy With Tape On His Face, Sam Wills, is to give the opening address to participants at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe. The former street performer, now riding high in America’s Got Talent, will welcome artists and producers to the festival that helped make his name. He said he was ‘honoured’ to be asked, adding: ‘The Fringe gives participants a unique opportunity to hone their craft and try new things, to meet other performers from all over the world and to share their experiences.’ The free talk takes place at 1pm on Friday August 5 at Fringe Central.

SARAH SILVERMAN has intervened in the split tearing America's Democratic party apart. The comedian told fellow supporters of defeated Presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders that they should throw their weight behind Hillary Clinton instead. However she was both booed as well as cheered when she spoke to the party's convention, as many Sanders supporters say they would never vote for the Former First Lady, which could open the door to a Donald Trump presidency. 'To the Bernie or Bust crowd, you’re being ridiculous,' Silverman said.
