10 O'Clock turn-off
10 O’Clock Live managed to lose more than 80 per cent of its audience over the hour it was on air last night.
The third series opened on Channel at 10pm with a solid 1.36 million viewers in its first five minutes.
But by the end of the satirical show an hour later, just 239,000 were remaining, according to overnight Barb figures supplied by Attentional.
Overall, the episode – presented as always by Lauren Laverne, Charlie Brooker, Jimmy Carr and David Mitchell – averaged 919,000 viewers, below the 1.16 average for that slot.
