Katt Williams pulls his show

...with just 15 minutes' notice

Katt Williams has cancelled a show with just 15 minutes' notice.

The Sprint Centre in Kansas City was told the troubled comedian wouldn't be performing his show there last night at 7.45pm.

No reason was given for the cancellation by Williams's promoter.

A notice posted on the venue's website said: 'At 7:45pm,, the promoter for the Katt Williams show has notified Sprint Center that tonight’s performance has been canceled. Credit card purchases will be automatically cancelled and refunded.'

Williams recently announced he was quitting stand-up after a series of run-ins with the law - although his managers later said that he would be honouring his commitments.

Yet Williams didn't show up for concerts last week in Houston and New Orleans, either. And he has also cancelled a show tomorrow in Indianapolis with just over 24 hours notive.

But the cancellation may have been a blessing for his dwindling number of fans...one of his many lawsuits is for allegedly hitting an audience member with his microphone during his show in Seattle.
