Stuart bags a comedy show...

Fringe debut for 'The Brand'

Stuart Baggs, The Apprentice candidate humiliated by Sir Alan Sugar, is doing is own Edinburgh Fringe show.

The 23-year-old, who dubbed himself ‘The Brand’ is performing a one-off show at Just The Tonic at the end of the month, to coincide with the TV festival coming to town.

The publicity blurb for his show includes a rather blatant plea for TV work, gushing: ‘The public reaction is to either love him or hate him, and with such a mass of strong reaction there’s no doubt he’s a perfect character for TV!’

During his hour-long comedy show, Baggs – who was one of the presenters at the Chortle Awards this year – will cover his post-Apprentice exploits such as doing a naked centrefold photoshoot for Cosmopolitan and making enemies of ‘celebrity has-beens’ including Christopher Biggins when he travelled to South Africa for the Channel 4 reality show Celebrity 5 Go To…

His show is on at 1.30pm on August 27.
