Michael McIntyre in fetish film

...talking about tweedy turn-ons

Michael McIntyre has appeared in a fetish TV show, it has been revealed.

He was a struggling young comedian desperate for a big break when he agreed to appear on the show about bizarre sexual turn-ons.

The posh comic, and now Britain's Got Talent judge, talked about getting aroused by Tweed on the show – a year before his big break at the 2006 Royal Variety Performance.

But the Channel Five programme, Steve Chisholm's A-Z of Extraordinary Sexual Fetishes, was a comedy spoof, featuring made-up fantasies.

It also starred comics Paul Tonkinson, Milo McCable, Wendy Wason and Chris Corcoran, among others.

Stills from the show – if not the footage – were revealed by The Sun today.

Agent Colin Evans told the paper: ‘Michael wouldn't want this to come out, but at the time he asked if he could be on it. He was happy to take any part available. He said he was grateful for the part because it was his first TV break.’
