Bo Burnham announces UK tour

First for Edinburgh award-winner

Edinburgh Comedy Award winner Bo Burnham is to embark on his first tour of the UK this summer.

The 20-year-old former internet sensation received the Panel Award for the spirit of the Fringe, and was nominated for best show in the Chortle Awards.

Now he is bringing bits of that show – Words, Words, Words – along with new material for 12 dates in England.

Burnham is currently writing a film with Judd Apatow, which is being touted as the anti High School Musical; while he is making a pilot for MTV about a kid fresh out of high school who’s pursuing the dream of being a celebrity without having any talent.

The 12-date tour kicks off in Bath on June 6 and ends in London’s Shepherds Bush Empire on June 18. Click here for dates.
