Kay gatecrashes another music gig

Comic joins Saw Doctors on stage

Peter Kay has gatecrashed yet another music gig – joining the Saw Doctors on stage in Dublin.

The comic joined the band when they performed their Irish chart-topper I Useta Lover at the Olympia Theatre last night.

He also helped the band launch their new album, The Further Adventures Of The Saw Doctors, saying it was ‘an absolute honour’. ‘My family and I have been massive fans for years,’ he added.

Kay last year joined the Galway band on stage in Bolton and he has previously made more than half a dozen similar cameo appearances at gigs by Texas, Queen, Badly Drawn Boy, Billy Joel, the Doves, the Kaiser Chiefs as well as theatre show Mrs Brown's Last Wedding and Jason Manford’s stand-up show.
