All-clear after eight months of treatment

Jennifer Saunders has won a secret battle with breast cancer, it was reported today.

The Absolutely Fabulous creator has been given the all-clear after eight months of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

The 52-year-old is said to have found a lump in her breast last October, and diagnosed with cancer within days. The Sun reports she was given the all-clear after her treatment finished last month.

She had been wearing a bandanna following the treatment, but earlier this week showed off her short hair at artist Tracey Emin's 47th birthday in the south of France.
