My Family goes on and on...

Two more series commissioned

The BBC has ordered two more series of My Family – bringing the total up to 11.

However, the budget has been cut by 15 per cent, according to trade magazine Broadcast.

Stars Robert Lindsay and Zoë Wannamaker have taken a pay cut, but this is said to be less than ten per cent.

Makers DLT Entertainment are producing the two new series for BBC One back-to-back to save costs.
