The Cable Guy's coming

Larry Gits-R-Done in the UK

Hugely successful ‘blue collar’ comic Larry The Cable Guy is to appear in the UK for the first time this summer.

The American character comedian will be performing three dates in Britain and one in Ireland in June.

A former member of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, which grossed more than $15 million, and sold more than seven million DVDs, Larry has become a major touring comedian in the States, and has appeared in movies including Cars, where he lent his voice to Mater The Tow Truck.

His own DVD Git-R-Done – named after his catchphrase – has sold more than a million copies, and his albums regularly sell more than 500,000 copies.

His UK and Ireland tour – with West Virginian comic Reno Collier in support – takes in the Manchester Apollo, Wolverhampton Civic Hall, London’s Hammersmith Apollo and Vicar Street, Dublin.
