Russell Brand is to perform at London’s O2 Arena for the first time.The former Millennium Dome holds a maximum of 20,000 people, suggesting that the furore over the phone calls he and Jonathan Ross made to Andrew Sachs seems to have boosted, rather than dented, his popularity.
The new date, April 17, is part of his new Scandalous tour, in which he discusses the media circus surrounding the now-notorious incident.
