Watch clips from HBO series

The programme launches on premium cable channel HBO on September 28, and trailers and scenes have now been released to promote it.

Two feature established characters Vicky Pollard and Lou and Andy; while a third introduces a new character, Bing Gordyn, a former astronaut played by David Walliams.

The trailers also use the same theme tune as the BBC original – as well as voiceovers from Tom Baker.
