25 extra dates confirmed

Russell Brand has today confirmed all 25 new dates in his Shame tour for 2007.

The extra nights start on February 3 in Southampton and include gigs at the Leicester and Glasgow comedy festivals.

They have been added following the sell out of all 25 autumn gigs in the tour, which kick off in Derby on September 22

Brand said of his show: ‘Ever since that twerp Goddy make Adam wear a fig leaf on his dinkle, man has been living in shame,

‘On this tour, I'm gonna expose my shame and let my dinkle roam free!’

Brand has also added two dates in London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire next month: on October 9 and 10.

He will be supported on all his gigs with his 6 Music sidekick, stand-up Trevor Lock.

Tickets for the new dates go on sale from 10am tomorrow (Saturday September 9)
