Duo sign with showbiz guru Fuller

Matt Lucas and David Walliams have reportedly signed up with showbiz mogul Simon Fuller in the hope of cracking America.

Fuller, the British svengali behind the Spice Girls, is said to be confident the duo can do well in the States, replicating the success of his transatlantic hit, Pop Idol.

An unnamed source told The Sun: ‘He is determined to help them achieve the same success across the pond as they have done here.’

Fuller’s company, 19 Management, also looks after the Beckhams, Gareth Gates and Rachel Stevens.
