Sacha 'nicked my idea'
Dennis Pennis creator Paul Kaye has accused Sacha Baron Cohen of stealing his idea.
But the comic confesses that Cohen did more with Ali G than he achieved with his spoof offensive interviewer.
Kaye, right, said: "He was definitely influenced by Pennis.
"To Sacha's credit, he got more out of it. I was struggling at the end, because there was no real personality to Pennis, he was just a mouthy gobshite.
"Whereas Sacha worked out this whole world for Ali G, with his Julie and so on. Ali G took it to another level."
