Only Fools spin-off planned

The BBC is to make an Only Fools and Horses spin-off, featuring dodgy car dealer Boycie.

Creator John Sullivan has written a pilot episode of Green, Green Grass, to be filmed next year.

Actors John Challis and Sue Holderness, who played the dodgy car dealer and his wife Marlene, are the only stars from the original series taking part.

The plot will see them move from Peckham for a more refined life in the country, along with their son Tyler.

If the pilot is a success, the series is expected to air next year.
