Court restricts man on harassment charges

A man has appeared in court accused of harassing comedian Bobby Ball.

His son-in-law Kenneth O'Sullivan denied two offences when he appeared before Blackpool magistrates.

The 35-year-old, from Rochdale, was bailed and told he cannot enter Ball's home town of St Annes, Lancashire.

He has denied putting Ball, whose real name is Robert Harper, and his wife in fear of violence.

O’Sullivan was bailed until his appearance at Preston Crown Court on November 1.
