A legendary honour
Monty Python and The Holy Grail has been conclusively voted the best British film of all time.
It was picked by a quarter of the 7,000 movie-goers who replied to an online poll, comfortably beating Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange into second place.
Third in the survey, by Amazon and the Internet Movie Database, was Trainspotting.
Monty Python had another hit in the top ten, with 1979's The Life Of Brian coming in seventh.
The survey was conducted to coincide with the Bafta film awards, which take place in London on Sunday.
