Rowan in another car crash

Rowan Atkinson crashed his Aston Martin at 100mph during an owners' yesterday.

He careered off the track at Mallory Park, Leicestershire, but escaped unscathed.

However, his £100,000 car was badly damaged.

One fan told The Sun: "He spun off and was trying to rejoin the race when he was hit by another car."

Atkinson crashed the same car in 2001 at a Durham track.

Motor racing is Atkinson's passion, and he last month announced his intention to quit comedy for a year to concentrate on the sport.
