Julian joins Edinburgh fundraiser

Julian Clary has announced an Edinburgh Festival date.

He is to perform at the Stonewall Gala on August 17, which raises money for the gay rights organisation.

Lee Evans has already been confirmed as headlining the previous night's show.

More names will be added nearer the time.Last year's bill included Graham Norton, Phill Jupitus and Johnny Vegas.

The show takes place at the prestigious Festival Theatre, not a usual Fringe venue.
