Private funeral in New Jersey

Dudley Moore has been buried at a private ceremony near his New Jersey home.

Police keep fans and the press away from the hour-long service in Watchung.

Among the wreaths was a yellow and black floral tribute in the shape of a keyboard, Ananova reports.

Dudley's ex-wife Nicole Rothschild, who had threatened legeal action to disrupt the service after being told to stay away with their six-year-old son Nicholas, did not turn up.

Moore died last week at the age of 66 of pneumonia brought about by his progressive supranuclear palsy, a rare degenerative brain condition.
