Bremner plans movie
Rory Bremner wants to make a movie, using his impersonatiions stars and politicians for all the leading roles.
He said he has enjoyed his Channel 4 specials using a cast of characters, and has his sights set on bigger things. But the cost of such a project could prove too steep.
Bremner said: "We've done a couple of specials using six or seven characters and it would be great fun to do a kind of Kind Hearts and Coronets caper.
"They are expensive to make, though. We've got two more specials to do this year, so watch this space."
In an online chat on the Channel 4 website, Bremner also praised fellow satirists Mark Thomas for his "campaigns and polemics" and Chris Morris, who he said "is probably the bravest".
But he criticised Have I Got News For You, saying "despite Paul and Ian's brilliance, it can't really get into issues".
The impressionist also revealed that Hear'Say banned him from using one of their songs in his show.
He wanted to parody one of their tracks in this week's Bremner, Bird and Fortune, but was refused rights.
He said: "It's an odd form of censorship."
