Megastar to book comic

Madonna has invited Bernard Manning to perform at a private party.

She was reportedly impressed with the comic's blue jokes at celebrity chef Marco Pierre White's recent 40th birthday bash.

Now she wants him to play at a do for husband Guy Ritchie later this month.

Manning told The Sunday Mirror: "When I did Marco's she really enjoyed it. Everyone was falling about."

And his agent Chris Hughes confirmed the gig was in the pipeline.

"We don't know where it will be, but I think they'll want to keep it private," he said.
