Mel and Sue tour axed

Mel and Sue's tour scheduled for November has been cancelled because Mel Giedroyc is having a baby.

The 33-year-old comic and TV presenter is due to give birth in March.

The pair had promised a new range of comic characters for their return to live comedy after their 1993 Edinburgh festival success.

Their 25-date tour A Night With Mel And Sue had been due to kick off at the City Varieties in Leeds on November 13.
