Producer aboard hijacked jet

One of the creators of the hit sitcom Frasier was killed in yesterday's terrorist attack.

David Angell and his wife, Lynn, were aboard one of the hijacked jets that crashed into New York's World Trade Center.

They were returning home to Los Angeles on American Airlines Flight 11 from Boston when it was seized by terrorists. They are among the first of the victims to be named.

Mr Angell had previously worked as a writer on Cheers before progressing to producer.
