Sketch team needs new member

Sketch troupe Ubersausage is seeking a new member as performer Beth Sheldon is quitting to go to drama school.

The four remaining members now need a female replacement to cover shows in London this year and at next year's Edinburgh Fringe.

Founder Ciaran Murtagh said the team has also had offers for TV, radio and internet work following their successful Edinburgh show Uberarmy.

He added: "At the moment the work is profit-share, but interest from agents and TV companies suggest that this shouldn't be the case for long."

Ideally the three-year-old team is looking for someone who can write, too.

Auditions will take place at the end of the month. Any women aged 18 to 30 interested in joining the team should email a CV and photo.
