Frost's show in a swimming pool

Stephen Frost is to stage his latest show on Friday - in a swimming pool.

He will be performing alongside synchronised swimmers, canoeists and floating ballroom dancers in The Wonderful World Of Water, which promises to be in the style of an old-fashioned circus, with clowns and plenty of slapstick.

Its only performance so far scheduled will be at south London's Camberwell leisure centre, as part of the borough's arts week, but Comedy Store Player Frost believes there's potential for a national tour.

And there are advantages for him, too. "At the end of a performance, I'm usually covered in sweat," he told London's Time Out magazine. "This time we just smell of chlorine."
