Jack Skipper initially worked as a carpet fitter before transitioning to comedy, rising to prominence on social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. He was runner-up in the So You Think You’re Funny? new act competition in 2022 and reached the finals of the Komedia new act competition in 2023. He made his Edinburgh Fringe debut the following year and was nominated for best newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards.
