A touch of Frost

Vintage comedy DVDs up for grabs

Rare episodes of David Frost’s comedy entertainment show from the Sixties and Seventies, Frost On Sunday, have been released for the first time – and we have four copies of the three-DVD sets to give away.

The show features sketches from Ronnie Corbett, Ronnie Barker, while guests include Michael Bentine, Ted Ray, Kenneth Williams and Michael Palin as Julie Andrews.

Here's a clip:

Several editions of Frost on Sunday no longer exist, but this DVD release does include the first show from 1968, which was the subject of a technical strike and so has no on-screen credits.

The rest of the shows come from the second series in 1970, including one edition from the London Palladium to where the team presented that year's British Film and Television Awards, featuring Laurence Olivier, Morecambe and Wise, Marty Feldman and John Alderton with the Fenn Street Gang.

Frost On Sunday has been released by Network, priced £29.99, but to stand a chance of winning one of our copies, answer this simple question by May 11 when we will randomly select the winners from all correct answers received. Bulk entries will be disqualified.

Good luck!
