Win tickets to the In The Loop premiere

One pair up for grabs

Armando Iannucci’s film In The Loop hits cinemas on April 17 – and to celebrate we have joined forces with Optimum Releasing to give one lucky winner the chance to attend the star-studded West End premiere.

Based on the BAFTA award winning BBC Four series The Thick Of It, the satire on British-US relations in the build-up to war stars Tom Hollander, James Gandolfini, Peter Capaldi, Chris Addison and Steve Coogan.

Both the US President and UK Prime Minister fancy a war but not everyone agrees including a US general (James Gandolfini) and floundering British Minister Simon Foster (Tom Hollander). When Foster accidentally announces on national TV that ‘war is unforeseeable,’ the British government is sent into a spiral of chaos and spin propagated by verbosely aggressive director of communications, Malcolm Tucker (Peter Capaldi).

Foster attempts to neutralise his ‘unforeseeable’ comment by telling the British public to prepare to ‘climb the mountain of conflict’ but soon finds himself bundled off to Washington on a fact-finder where he becomes both a pawn for the secret war committee and a poster-boy for the general’s anti-war campaign.

For your chance to win tickets to the premiere on April 1 simply answer the following question by Monday March 31, when we will select one winner at random from all correct answers received.
