See the Doctor

Win Seventies sitcom on DVD

The sitcom sequel to Doctor In The House, Doctor At Large, is being released as a four-disc set next week, containing all 29 episodes of the Seventies comedy.

The show was a huge hit for ITV on its original broadcast in 1971, and its team of writers included Bill Oddie, John Cleese, Graeme Garden, Graham Chapman and Jonathan Lynn.

One episode, written by John Cleese, featured a manic, ill-mannered hotelier; the prototype Basil Fawlty.

Doctor At Large starred Barry Evans and featured the likes of Arthur Lowe, Patricia Routledge, Hattie Jacques, Mollie Sugden, Maureen Lipman and Roy Kinnear.

The DVD set, with a running time of more than 12 hours, is released by Network on May 28, priced £29.99.

But to stand a chance of winning one of five copies we have to give away, just answer the following question by June 4, when we will choose the winners at random from all correct answers received. Bulk entrants from mailing services will be disqualified.

Which of the following Doctor At Large writers was NOT actually a medical doctor?
