The only admirable thing about this tedious hack is his effrontary in attempting to stage a full-length Edinburgh show, undeterred by his blatant lack of material.

He starts off with a bit about the trials of being a comedian ("How would he know?" is a cruel thought - but devastatingly accurate, as it turns out), then goes on to a heap of unoriginal, generic rubbish unashamedly stolen wholesale from whoever wrote it in the first place.

Not that any of the "gags" are distinctive enough to identify the original source, which is the only reason he can ever hope to get away with it.

"People ask me for jokes at partiesblah, blah I don't ask them to do bits of their jobsblah, blah Now the same song, but sung in the style of Yoda blah, blahWhat's with all the Keep Left road signs? blah, blah Have you ever noticed how Fred and Daphne always sneak off together in Scooby Doo..blah blah.."

His own concerns go no further than the price of Coke in cinemas (it's quite expensive, apparently) and a miniscule scene in Braveheart for which he couldn't quite suspend his disbelief.

I probably put more effort into watching this garbage than Blair did in writing it. Less an aphrodisiac than a sleeping tablet
