From Gavin & Stacey to lesbian vampires

New movie for Corden and Horne

Gavin And Stacey stars Mathew Horne and James Corden are set to make a new horror comedy movie, Lesbian Vampire Killers.

The duo will play friends Jimmy and Fletch, who get lost in the remote countryside, and find themselves stuck in a cottage ‘with a camper-van full of sexy foreign student girls, besieged by a hungry army of lascivious lesbian vampires’.

Corden said it was ‘a dream come true’ to make the film with his best friend.

Horne added that the six-week shoot – which starts in London on Monday – would be fun because: ‘I love lesbians, I love vampires and I quite like James Corden.’

Lesbian Vampire Killers has been written by Stewart Williams, a writer on Channel 4's Friday Night Project, and Paul Hupfield, from Balls of Steel.

Director Phil Claydon has said of the film: ‘It will have you laughing and screaming in the auditorium.’

Corden and Horne, who are due to appear in a Christmas edition of Gavin And Stacey, also have a BBC Three sketch show in the pipeline.
