Reading other reviews here leaves me wondering what went wrong for Benny on Sunday night in Darlington. He gave every impression of having made his jokes up while back stage. Most of them fell flat and he dried up after 25 minutes. Hopefully it was just a one off.

Saw him the other week at Sabotage and he was very funny indeed, he's got a great style, presence and wonderful material with laid back charm that makes you easily warm to him. I'll be following this ones career closely!
